Jacqui is the Director of Web Policy in the Australian Government Information Management Office at the Department of Finance and Deregulation. With her team, Jacqui is responsible for developing future strategy and policy for the Australian Governments web presence and how the government uses new technologies to connect with its citizens and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Jacqui has a strategic management background working in e-commerce for Phillips Electronics, Macquarie Bank and News Corporation, leading the development of some prominent websites. With qualifications in both marketing and business, Jacqui also holds a Master of Science in Strategic Foresight from Swinburne University of Technology.
